ADHESIVE

Adhesives can be classified ;

• Solvent Based (Polyester, Acrylic, Polyether urethane)
• Solventless Liquid %100 solids (Polyester Urethane, Polyether Urethane,
• Water Based (Acrylic)
• Radiaction Curable

These adhesives  all require preparation of material surface by surface treatment.Suitable surface will help providing a long lasting bond and prevent avoid delamination from occuring.

In-line surface treatment to 48-50 dyne is suggested for best results with solventless and radiaction curable adhesives, whereby 40-44 dyne can be adequete for solvent based lamination adhesives.
